Endowment Fund
The Iola Public Library Endowment Fund was inaugurated in April 2012. The fund now stands at over $206,000 and is managed by Your Community Foundation. To make an online contribution, click the “Donate Now” button and indicate “Endowment” in the memo/memorial line.
2025 Match Month with Your Community Foundation and the Patterson Family Foundation
Thank you to everyone who gave during Match Month. Your gifts made to the Library Endowment Fund during November were matched by the Patterson Family Foundation. Your Community Foundation is the Match grant recipient from the Patterson Family Foundation and Kansas Association of Community Foundation.
Gifts to the Endowment and/or charitable gifts to the Library directly support and our programs, services, and the collection.
We work to grow the principal of the Endowment and use a small percentage of the interest earned to support the library’s operating budget. The more we grow the Endowment, the greater the benefits to the library.
