INTRODUCING LIBBY. We have a new source for ebooks and digital audiobooks. The Sunflower eLibrary works through the free Libby app on smart phones, computers, tablets, and eReaders like the Kindle paperwhite or Kindle fire. To get started checking out books, use your Iola Public Library Card and PIN number. Libby is the app used to access the Sunflower eLibrary using wifi or mobile data. We have joined with support from the M. Lee Brown Family and Friends of the Library.
Libby is free to install, no subscriptions, no apps to purchase and no late fees. The Libby app is built by OverDrive and the Sunflower eLibrary Consortium includes libraries from all over the state. The Northwest Kansas Library System in Norton serves as the administrator. You can check out up to 5 titles at a time for 2 weeks and put 5 titles on hold. Notifications are customizable to fit your needs.
