Along with our monthly and weekly activities, like storytime, In Stitches, YA In Stitches, Book Talk, Old Timers Talking, and now Genealogy Assistance, we have several EXTRA events to share:
- Wednesday, Dec. 10: We will CLOSE from 12-2 pm for our Staff Holiday Party.
- Thursday, Dec. 11: Craft Night at 6 pm, register at the library to make snowman hats with Jen!
- Wednesday, Dec. 17: Dinner on a Dime will be meeting at the K-State Extension Office for Leftover Pot Pie.
- Thursday, Dec. 18: Death Cafe is at 6:30 pm. Come have honest conversations about death over coffee, tea, and treats. This is not a therapy or support group, but everyone can openly share. This is a safe, welcoming space to listen, connect, reflect, and share a laugh or two!
- Wednesday, Dec. 24: We will CLOSE at 12 pm for Christmas Eve.
- Thursday, Dec. 25: We will be CLOSED for Christmas. We will reopen on Friday, Dec. 26 at 9 am.
- Wednesday, Dec. 31: We will CLOSE at 12 pm for New Year’s Eve.
- Thursday, Jan. 1: We will be CLOSED for New Year’s Day. We will reopen on Friday, Jan. 2 at 9 am.
Youth Activities for October include:
- Storytimes with Ms. Lesa on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 am, Dec. 3, Dec. 10, and Dec. 17.
- Dec. 5 at 10:30 am: 1st Friday Storytime
- Dec. 8 at 2 pm: Santa is coming!
- Dec. 9 at 5:30 pm: Polar Express Movie
- Dec. 16 at 5:30 pm: Christmas Classics
- Dec. 20 at 1 pm: Library Littles Stay & Play
- Dec. 20 at 5:30 pm: Loose in the Library
